I was born in an ordinary family in 1969. To be grateful for the nurturing of my parents and to share the burden of them, I took care of my younger brothers and sisters in the family when I was still a little boy. When I grow up a little, I went digging cordyceps and fritillary with my friends to earn money. I also did farm works with my brothers and sisters in the summer and autumn seasons, went out to other places for work when I was teenage. Overall, I did different kind of jobs before I was 20 years old.
At the age of 21, when my destiny matured, I decided to become a monk. That was a totally different choice about the value of life. In the following two years, I did all my best to learn various sutras and rituals. In 1992, I came to the Buddhist College of Serajey Monastery in South India to study various Buddhist knowledge such as The Five Great Essays and other famous Buddhist scriptures. In 2009, stood out among many monks, I obtained a Geshe degree. At that time, I felt that I had no regrets in this life. I was grateful, because I knew that all of this was accomplished by my master and classmates.
I entered the Gyudmed Tantric University in 2010 to study tantric lesson. In 2011, I was fortunate to participate in a 3-year program that offered by the Venerable’s Office. This three-year Chinese Dharma introduction training course was specially set up for those Geshe and Khenpo who have a basic knowledge of Chinese. During this period of time, I also learned teachings about Confucius and Mencius. Afterwards, I was stationed in the Serajey Monastery in Taiwan and served as the head Geshe for five years. Currently I am serving as a member of the International Tibetan Buddhism Study Institute in Taiwan.
