Under the heading so called twenty first century Buddhists, the second panel discussion of International three lineages-southerners, Chinese and Tibetans was held with special responsibility taken by Khenpo Tsulnam Rinpoche, the executive head of Taiwan International Tibetan Buddhist Research Assoiation, International Tibetan Buddhist Research Asociation, Taiwan ancient Buddhist samadhi study group and religious section of zhan Tang university in the capital city Taipei on 30th and 31st March 2013. Beginning on the first day sangha members of the three lineages recited the sutra of remembering the three Jewels followed by receiving of special guests like Li Hong yan, Taiwan home minister, Hao Lung Pin, executive head of Taipei city, chief of political affairs office and others. The home minister had valued the benefit and position of fields of knowledge of the Easterners specially that of Chinese in Buddhist fields and Taiwanese government expressed heartfelt appreciation with high value that such a meeting could take place as well as the major of the city expressed in same way. Sthavira Chang Ti Mah, director of international religious affairs of president of Sri Langka, Vice-president of Chinese Buddhist council of Taiwan, Sthavira Min Kang Haph Hri, President of Buddhist society of Taipei city, chief advisor of Taiwan-International Buddhist Research Organization and Khenpo Tsulnam Rinpoche, head lama of study centre of Palpung Sherabling and others have delivered speech representing their respective offices followed by the main programs.
The hall was fully packed for both days by the participants for the meeting from mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other places. Everybody took great interest, moreover, prominent leaders of Taiwan govt. and the high lamas of respective lineages and scholars also had placed high value on it, for instance, Samanapala, headmaster of Khilanyiya university of Sri Lanka said that although he did participate in many international meetings before but he felt this meeting a meaningful and a feeling of most close to each other and Hai Thao Haph Hri also said that it was a very meaningful gathering together with such well organized meeting of the three lineages and in future it is necessary to be able to organize a bigger meeting than this one with higher number of Taiwanese involve in it. The life-tv promised to broadcast all contents of this meeting throughout world, in particular Hao Lun Pin, mayor of Taipei city said that it is a dignity of Taipei city to have held such a big meeting in Taipei city, moreover, it is still more dignifying that people from other countries do such magnificent beneficial works for the society in this place. In the same way, Wang Chin Phin, president of Taiwan parliament also prayed for good conclusion of the meeting about the panel discussions of the Southerners, Chinese and Tibetans regarding Buddhism in twenty first century by offering a flower garland with inscription. Similarly, all participants also accepted to say that this panel discussion concluded very well, moreover, this would bring harmony among the three lineages empowering perfect understanding of Dharma for the faithful people. It is accepted in particular that there is bigger influence towards positive future prospect and dignity of Taiwan-Tibetan Buddhism.
