International Tibetan Buddhist Association initiated different levels of Chinese classes in accordance with one’s own grade of many Taiwan-resident impartial Tibetan monks. The Research Association considers the language barrier a big obstacle in teaching and propagating Buddhism and so forth, voluntarily serves to help remove such difficulties face by those who came to Taiwan.
