Second half-yearly public religious ceremony of recitation of Tara mantra: The great half-yearly recitation of Tara mantra was held at night in Pa Ti hall in Taipei on December 31, 2014 and at that time, HH Drigung Kyabgon Rinpoche, crown ornament of meditation lineage specially led the program and kindly released the second edition of the enlightened-light magazine.
