Because promoting the teaching in barbarous regions is the only and real service of the teaching, it is importantly valuable to guide the very local people how to listen, contemplate and meditate the Dharma than making offerings to the three Jewels by collecting wealth from giving empowerments and others making use of them in other places. • Although the essential point to promote the teaching is to communicate meaning of Dharma, it is conspicuously less given importance to teaching and listening/learning than giving empowerments, fire-offering pujas, ganachakra, ritual ceremonies and so forth, hence how to make changes to them. • Generally it is part of Mahayana practice to engage in the beneficial activities of the very residence-place, in particular it is an important activity in the present century but we have weakness and insufficient works to be corrected in future. • The participants discussed on how to correct the ongoing not been able to refrain from non-vegetarian habit which some regard it a big fault due to which some activities for the benefit of beings have been hindered. At the end, Tulku Thubten Norbu, chief lama of Larung Thegsum Choeling and host of this meeting delivered a concluding speech after which the day’s panel discussion was well concluded. At the same time Khenpo Tsulnam Rinpoche who took main responsibility delivered a proclaiming speech in relation with the International Buddhist meeting held for two days-30th and 31st Mach and Khenpo Choenyi Dontog reported about inauguration of Taiwan-Tibetan lineages website which was confirmed to do in May and also informed about its access for the users.
