According to request made by Taiwan International Tibetan Buddhism His Eminence Gar Rinpoche bestowed bodhicitta vow on September 7, 2019 in Taipei city. At the gathering, there were about one hundred Khenpos, Tulkus and sangha members of Tibetan Buddhism and nearly two thousand lay persons, presided by impartial Lama He Tho and monks and nuns of Chinese lineage to whom bodhicitta vow which is the only dharma-door of Mahayana was granted.
